These videos  were created by an occupational therapy student under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. All videos have been reviewed and approved for general safety and appropriateness.

Please use caution when engaging with any assistive devices seen in these videos.  A comfortable chair should be close by, or a support person should be there if needed. Make sure you are in a stable environment. You should stop right away and get medical attention if you ever feel lightheaded, dizzy, or in pain.
